What our visa documentation support costs
Our service fee depends on the destination and how much support you need, and it is always separate from the government visa fee and any visa application centre charges. We quote the full amount for your case before you commit to anything, so you know the total cost up front.
We do not charge for the initial eligibility check. If we think you should wait before applying, we will tell you, even though it means we do not take the work today.
Questions about visa documentation support
The questions clients ask us most about this service.
What documents do I need for a visa application?
It varies by destination and visa category, but most applications need a valid passport, photographs to specification, bank statements covering three to six months, evidence of employment or business, a travel itinerary, accommodation details and, where relevant, an invitation letter. We give you a checklist for your exact case rather than a generic list.
How many months of bank statements do I need?
Three to six months is standard, stamped by your bank. What matters more than the number of months is that the balance supports your trip and that the money has a traceable history. A large deposit shortly before applying, with no explanation, raises more questions than a smaller steady balance.
Do I need a cover letter for my visa application?
It is rarely required and frequently decisive. A short, clear letter explaining who you are, why you are travelling, how it is funded and what brings you back gives the officer the story in one place. We help you write one that is honest and specific rather than padded.
What if my documents are in Luganda or another language?
Most destinations require a certified English translation for any document not already in English. We advise on which of your documents need translating and what standard of certification your destination accepts.
Can you review documents if I am applying on my own?
Yes. Document review is available as a standalone service. You gather the documents, we review them and tell you what to fix before you submit.
