What this costs
Our service fee depends on the trip and how much of it we arrange, and it is always separate from the cost of the flights, accommodation, insurance premium or activities themselves. We quote the full amount before you commit to anything, and we tell you which parts of a booking are refundable and which are not.
Fares, room rates and premiums move constantly, so we confirm live prices at the time of booking rather than quoting figures that will be out of date by the time you read them.

Visa assistance is arranged alongside the booking, and we check the requirement before you commit to dates. The visa decision itself always belongs to the embassy, so no package can include a guaranteed visa. What we do is make sure your travel dates leave enough time to apply and that the booking supports the application.
How far ahead should I plan a holiday abroad?
Two to three months is comfortable for most destinations, and more if the trip falls in a peak season or the destination has slow visa processing. Planning early usually costs less as well, because the best-value flights and accommodation go first.
What happens to the booking if my visa is refused?
That depends on the cancellation terms of each element, which we set out before you pay. Where a destination carries real visa risk we favour bookings with free cancellation, and we will always tell you which parts of a trip are refundable and which are not.
Can you plan a trip if I only know roughly where I want to go?
Yes, and that is a good place to start. Tell us the kind of holiday you want, who is travelling, roughly when and what you are willing to spend, and we will come back with destinations that fit, including what the visa involves for each.
