What does visa application assistance actually include?
A free initial check, then, with our paid services, a personalised document checklist for your case, a review of the documents you gather, help completing the application form, appointment guidance and briefing, and support until you travel. Interview preparation is included where your destination interviews applicants.
How much do your services cost?
Our fee depends on the destination and the level of support you need, and it is always separate from the government visa fee and any visa application centre charges. We quote the full amount for your case before you commit. The initial eligibility check is free.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. Visa decisions are made by the embassy or immigration authority of the destination country, and nobody outside that office can guarantee an outcome. Be cautious of any agency that claims otherwise. What we guarantee is that your application will be complete, consistent and properly evidenced.
Can you help if I have already been refused?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We read the refusal letter with you, identify the actual ground relied on, and advise whether to reapply now or change something first. We will tell you honestly if we think reapplying immediately would waste your money.
Do I need to meet you in person?
No. You can work with us entirely by WhatsApp, phone and email, sending documents as photographs or scans. You will still attend your visa application centre or embassy appointment in person, and we prepare you for it.
