Our service fee depends on the trip and how much of it we arrange, and it is always separate from the cost of the flights, accommodation, insurance premium or activities themselves. We quote the full amount before you commit to anything, and we tell you which parts of a booking are refundable and which are not.
Fares, room rates and premiums move constantly, so we confirm live prices at the time of booking rather than quoting figures that will be out of date by the time you read them.

Yes. This is one of the most common reasons people come to us. The booking needs to cover the full period you have stated on your application, and the confirmation must show your name, the property and the dates. We make sure it does before you submit.
Do I have to pay for the whole stay before my visa is decided?
Not always. Many properties allow a confirmed booking with free cancellation up to a certain date, which suits a pending visa application well. We look for those terms where the destination accepts them, and we tell you when a property requires payment up front.
What if my visa is refused?
It depends on the cancellation terms of the booking, which we explain before you commit. Where free cancellation is available we favour it for exactly this reason. Tell us as soon as you have a decision so we can cancel within the free window.
Can you book accommodation other than hotels?
Yes, including apartments and serviced accommodation, which often work better for longer stays or for families. What matters for a visa application is that the confirmation is verifiable and covers your dates.
Will you book flights and accommodation together?
