Yes. Several embassies ask to see a flight reservation as part of the application, and buying a full ticket before a decision is a real risk. We arrange a reservation that meets what your destination asks for, and we tell you plainly which destinations accept a reservation and which expect a confirmed ticket.
Should I book my flight before my visa is approved?
Usually no. Until a decision is made there is no guarantee you will travel, and a cheap fare is often the least flexible one. The normal sequence is a reservation for the application, then the ticket once the visa is in your passport. Where a destination genuinely requires a paid ticket, we will say so.
What happens if my visa is refused after I have bought a ticket?
It depends entirely on the fare rules of the ticket, which vary between airlines and fare types. Some are refundable minus a fee, some allow a date change, and the cheapest are often neither. We explain those rules before you pay, so the decision is an informed one.
Do you only book flights from Entebbe?
Entebbe is the usual departure point for travellers based in Uganda, so that is most of what we do. We can also book journeys starting elsewhere, including onward and regional flights and return legs beginning in your destination country.
Can you change my ticket if my plans move?
Yes, within what the fare allows. Changes usually involve a change fee plus any difference in fare, and some tickets do not permit changes at all. Tell us as early as you can, because options narrow close to departure.
