Go Global Visa & Travel

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or ask GO GLOBAL VISA & TRAVEL ("GO GLOBAL", "we", "us") for help. By using the website or engaging our services you agree to them.

What we provide

We provide visa application assistance and travel services from Kampala, Uganda. Depending on the service you choose, this can include explaining which visa categories may be relevant, preparing a personalised document checklist, reviewing your documents, guiding you through application forms and appointments, and preparing you for interviews. We are not a government body, we do not issue visas, and we are not a law firm. Nothing we say is legal advice.

Free initial check and paid detailed assessment

The initial check on this website is free. It gives you a basic indication of the visa category that may be relevant to your destination, tells you whether we can assist, and explains the next step.

Our detailed assessment is a paid service. It includes a full review of your profile, a personalised document checklist, identification of gaps and risks in your application, a written assessment report and a consultation. We explain what a service includes, and what it costs, before you commit to it.

No guarantee of approval

We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy, consulate or immigration authority of the destination country, applying their own rules and discretion. No statement by us should be understood as a promise of an outcome.

Fees and payment

Our service fee is quoted before work begins and is separate from government visa fees, visa application centre charges, courier fees and any other third-party costs. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant authority and are generally not refundable, including where an application is refused. Where visa fees are quoted on this website, they are shown in the original currency set by the authority and may change without notice.

Consultations and appointments

Consultations are currently available online and by prior appointment. Physical consultations are available only by prior arrangement, so please contact us on WhatsApp before visiting.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information and genuine documents. We cannot act for clients who ask us to submit false information or fraudulent documents, and we will end an engagement where this is requested. You remain responsible for the content of your own application and for meeting the deadlines and appointment requirements of the authority. Never share your passwords, PINs or one-time passcodes with us or anyone else.

Refunds

Our service fee covers the work carried out and is not contingent on the outcome of your application. Where we have not yet carried out the work, we will discuss a fair refund with you.

Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for the services we provide, exercised with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities, for changes in immigration rules or fees, or for delays caused by third parties including visa application centres and courier services.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, tell us using the details on our contact page and we will try to put it right promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. The terms that applied when you engaged us continue to apply to that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
