Visa applications and travel bookings depend on each other. An embassy wants to see where you will stay and when you will fly, and your travel dates have to leave enough time for a decision. When those are arranged separately, the dates drift apart and the application tells an inconsistent story.

Yes. These are separate services and you are welcome to use any of them on their own. Many clients come to us for a flight or a holiday and never need a visa at all, for destinations where Ugandan passport holders travel visa free or get a visa on arrival.
Can you provide the flight and hotel bookings my visa application needs?
Yes, and this is one of the most common reasons people come to us. Embassies generally want to see a flight reservation and accommodation covering your stated dates. We arrange bookings that meet what your destination asks for, and we explain which destinations accept a reservation and which expect a confirmed ticket.
Should I book my trip before my visa is approved?
Usually you should hold a reservation rather than pay in full. Until a decision is made there is no guarantee you will travel. We favour bookings with free cancellation while an application is pending, and we always tell you which parts of a trip are refundable before you commit.
Do you arrange travel insurance for Schengen visa applications?
Yes. Schengen states require medical cover valid across the whole Schengen area for your entire stay, to a set minimum amount. We arrange a policy that meets the requirement and check the certificate says so clearly before you submit your application.
Do you handle group and family travel?
Yes. Groups are where separate bookings go wrong most often, because the itineraries and visa applications have to stay consistent across everyone travelling. We handle the group as one piece of work so the dates and the story match.
