Where are you based?
We are based in Kampala, Uganda, and work with applicants by phone, WhatsApp, email and the contact form on this page. Telling us your destination and travel dates when you first get in touch helps us give you a useful first answer.
What should I have ready when I contact you?
Your passport details, any previous visa refusal letters, and anything you already have about the trip, such as an invitation letter or a course offer. You do not need everything at the start; the first conversation is about working out what you need.
Is the first consultation free?
The initial check is free. It gives you a destination and basic visa-category indication, confirms whether GO GLOBAL can assist, and explains the next step. A detailed assessment is a paid service, quoted before it starts. It includes a full profile review, a personalised document checklist, identification of gaps and risks, a written assessment report and a consultation.
How quickly will you reply?
